Barbara E. Scramstad is a member of the California bar and has practiced law since 1992, primarily in family law, estate planning and civil litigation. She has been associated with Neal & Associates since 1996, in addition to maintaining her own office in Contra Costa County.
Ms. Scramstad is a member of the American Bar Association, including the General Practice, Solo and Small Firms Sections. She is also member of the Family Law Section of the Contra Costa County Bar Association.
Ms. Scramstad received her law degree from McGeorge School of Law of the University of the Pacific, and her undergraduate degrees in French and Political Science from California State University Hayward.
